One clean setup.
A green morning.
Entry planned. Target hit. You could close the terminal and call it a day.
You know how to enter a trade.
The hard part? Knowing when to stop.

Entry planned. Target hit. You could close the terminal and call it a day.
Two unplanned trades later, you’re flat. Now ₹0 feels like something to recover.
One stop-loss hit. The morning rule stops applying. The position gets bigger to cover the gap faster.
Bigger size. Frantic entries. The terminal closes deep red. Peak-to-close decline: ₹20,900.
This is where tomorrow’s two limits enter the story.

Trading costs apply whether a trade wins or loses.
Same day, different measure — not an extra loss.
Time decay erodes option premium even when the index stays flat.

A simplified near-ATM approximation, assuming premium proportional to √T and other inputs unchanged: with a ₹120 premium and T = 3 days, the instantaneous decay magnitude is approximately ₹120 ÷ (2 × 3) = ₹20 per unit per day, using the same day convention as T. At an illustrative quantity of 65, that scales to ₹1,300 per day.
This is not a forecast of a full day’s realised premium change and must not be converted into a fixed trading-hour rate. Quantity is unverified; actual option values depend on more than time.
SEBI’s September 2024 study reported that 93% of individual equity F&O traders incurred net losses between FY22 and FY24. READ THE STUDY ↗
The study is population-level context. It does not attribute those losses to these behaviours, validate this example, or demonstrate what DisciplineX achieves.
The urge starts after the good setup is over. A rule written before market open helps you stop on time.
Excludes STT, GST & brokerage (~₹120–160 across 2 round-trips). Illustrative calculation only.

Limits set at 08:45. Checked in at 15:35.
Earned on Day 7, never given.
Two limits. Set by the calm you. Two fields, filled before the first candle — not after the first loss.
Your boundaries. Not a recommendation. Lock them once. The week starts at the next 09:15.
Kept it. Broke it. Didn’t trade. An honest bad day never costs your streak. Only silence does.
Earned on Day 7, never given. Then the 15-day level opens.

Five minutes later, Groww. Funds added over UPI. The kill switch stayed on the other app.
Revenge trade taken. Result: you locked the app, not your hands. Tomorrow you wake up with the exact same habit.
A ritual that stays with you. DisciplineX cannot stop a trade; it makes your own boundary visible and gives you a deliberate exit ritual.
Your broker terminal remains untouched and yours. The separation is the trust contract.
Stated plainly, before you give it a single day.
No API keys. No demat access. Nothing here can place, cancel or block an order.
You never type the number. The check-in asks about your rules, not your rupees.
No buy or sell calls, no targets, no directional views. DisciplineX is not SEBI registered.
No card. No UPI AutoPay mandate. No automatic charge.
One shows what the day cost.
The other shows whether you kept your word.
No fake P&L screenshots. No leaderboard. One honest check-in after the close — kept it, broke it or didn’t trade. Finish a level, and the next one opens.
Missed a day? The level closes and is filed, not deleted. Day 01 starts again the next morning.ILLUSTRATIVE PROGRESS
You are not a bad trader. You are disciplined for the morning — and desperate to get back to green for the other fifteen minutes.
Your broker will never break those fifteen minutes out for you. Your revenge trades are the business model.
I built DisciplineX to hand you the cold rupee receipt of what those fifteen minutes actually cost you.
You’ve seen what one bad afternoon costs. This is what fourteen days of DisciplineX cost.
Only you can read your record. Download it or delete it, any time. Two Telegram messages a day, never a tip. We tested our own calls for 72 trading days: no edge, so we give zero. Receipts ↗
PAID WITH: nothing. No card. No UPI AutoPay.
One undisciplined Nifty trade — 65 qty × 30 pts = ₹1,950 — costs more than 90 days of structured execution.
Your limits. Your Walkaway. Your honest check-in on Telegram.
Ready for tomorrow’s 09:15 opening bell · On Day 15 access pauses, your record is kept · Pay only if it earned its place.
No card. No UPI AutoPay mandate. No automatic charge.
DisciplineX helps you reflect on the behaviour you log. It cannot make an unprofitable strategy profitable, prevent market losses, or stop you placing an order.
No — DisciplineX has no broker login, no API keys, no demat permission and no ability to place, cancel or block an order. The Walkaway button ends your DisciplineX session only. Your broker terminal remains entirely yours.
Never. You never have to type the number here. Not once. The check-in asks about your rules, not your rupees.
No. There are no buy or sell calls, no targets and no directional recommendations. DisciplineX is not SEBI registered. You choose your setups; DisciplineX reflects the behaviour you log about how you executed them.
Log it. Tap “Broke it.” An honest bad day never costs your streak — only silence does. All three answers preserve your record, and the graveyard keeps broken streaks as survivable entries rather than expulsion.
You can. It relies entirely on honest self-reporting, and no independent verification of your answers is implied or performed. A mirror you fool stops being a mirror.
The routine is personal, so your loss limit, trade cap and check-in can apply to whatever you trade — Nifty, Bank Nifty, FinNifty, Sensex or stock options.
On Day 15 your access pauses and your record is kept. Choose a paid plan if you want to continue. There is no automatic charge, no card on file and no UPI AutoPay mandate.
